Witness the Humanness of our Lives

When we allow ourselves to take a seat as witness to the humanness of our life experience we offer the opportunity for a judgement free space for exploration. Being human is not easy. So many complexities of the spectrum of human emotions carefully and erratically intertwined with behavioral thinking patterns of "right" and "wrong." The uncertainty of shifting thoughts and feelings.

There's a quote that comes to mind from a Danna Faulds poem..."Save your strength to swim with the tide. The choice to fight what is here before you now will only result in struggle, fear, and desperate attempts to flee from the very energy you long for." Maybe this can serve as guidance on navigating the journey of life. And maybe then, it becomes a question of what is "right" versus "what is right for me?" Happy exploring.
