SUP Yoga allows you to explore the dynamic practice of yoga while surrounded by breathtaking views and sensations of nature. Enjoy the scent of fresh salt water, the tranquility of nature and the sounds of birds all around you. This 90 minute class offers an introduction to stand-up paddling, a sweet paddle to a private area, an hour long flow on the water, followed by floating savasana with the kiss of sunlight on your skin and the salt water at your finger-tips. No Yoga or paddle experience is necessary. All equipment and instruction are provided for you. Safety is first and foremost and Jennifer is trained and certified to monitor the weather and water conditions to ensure a pleasant experience. She is CPR/first-aid and AED certified Lifeguard, Yoga and Paddleboard Instructor.
